YouTube 1.1 User Add Button

This modifies your YouTube 1.1 addon (required for this mod to work). It add's a Add Video button to the left of the Browse button. This adds a sepperate page which enables regular non-admin members to add YouTube video links to the site with-out the need for approval from an administrator. Guest visitors can NOT access the Add Video page.

Just modified this package and added a Edit and Delete buttons below the video player.

The user who posted the video and admins can see these buttons and use the features, all others can not.
