It adds the spoiler tag [spoiler] that hides text from being views without pressing the button or selecting the text (film's spoiler etc)

when i installed this addon everything had gone my website stopped although i followed the instructions... thanx Jesus that i took a backup b4 installing!!

You should backup your site with regularity (i backup files every 10 days and the database every 2/3 days for example... you can't even imagine how many times backups have saved my ass) and ALWAYS before touching any file or database table, ALWAYS
