[3.0] Maintenance is not working

Problem: Old waiting users are not deleted after 24 hours, old referers are not deleted etc..

What to do: Execute the following query in your database (phpMyAdmin):

TRUNCATE TABLE memht_maintenance;
INSERT INTO memht_maintenance (last) VALUES (NOW());
