Update problem 3.9 | #post10177 | hi, we wanna upgrade our portal. moved all files, put new ones..
but we can't run update.php , only a blank page we've..

Re: Update problem 3.9 | #post10178 | ok first you need upload all files and rewrite all them. please be sure you upload the installation file by FTP
Now when all is ok you run Execute: root/install/update.php
appears one page sindicate you agree with the update. you click in accept
Then you sellect upgrade version to 3.9.0 wait for the process and then when all are finished you go to the FTP and delete al the instalation file.
return to the page in the browser where the instalation sindicate go to admin or main page
all run OK
