Hi,
when I had the testinstalltion running I had to modify all the titles for the navigation bar from the english default to german.
Suggestion: Add a language key to table "memht_pagine" with "EN" as default key and copy function to alternative languages?
Would be nice to get the nacigaiton bar changed automatically if a user is changing the Language.

x22 languages = hundreds of rows slowing down the site... i think it's not difficult to change titles as you want the first time you install the cms

I'm not saying it's difficult to change - but it's fixed to only one.
I wouldn't expect many pages to use more than 2~3 languages. It's not for you to maintain, but for language supporters to update this table automatically with an additional language pack.
Default English, Italian, Portugese shall be an easy, the other remain to it's users.
Don't see performance issues, but some advantages to multi-language sites.

Unfortunately i cannot rely on almost anyone, except for few languages the rest would remain in english... usually people translate files and disappear forever

Idea maybe you could make a translator team Find or ask people that are ready to translate files for you. not only one time but for a longer time distance (just an idee)

English, Italian, French, German and Portuguese are always here, but what for the rest of 17 languages?

Isn't it better to have full language support for 5 languages, than none at all.

Perhaps a better solution would be to check for a language definition in the selected language file, else by entering a title this over-rides the language file and uses the entered title. Thoughts?

Ok but what to do more? I mean i'm not going to create separated content, page names etc for every language, it would just slow down MemHT up to 100% for what? 99,9% of MemHT users would not use this feature
