There is a Problem in Comment waiting for Moderation When user submit a comment in YOUTUBE Page it works properly it goes for moderation but in admin panel It show there is waiting for moderation but not show the comment which to have moderate.
This problem is in YOUTUBE Page only. wITHOUT moderation it works preety fine.

And please one thing more How to delete any comment

I dont know this add, but i believe its the same like surveys. These comment are not being for moderation.
Have a look in admin/inc/newevents.php.
There you can see, which comments are able to moderate.
You can delete the comment, if you're logged in as Admin. Directly the comment, not in Adminpanel.

Uhm, well there is no solution at the moment for that. I'll have to check it better. If you want to delete comments in bulk (all at once) execute this query "DELETE FROM memht_comments" in phpMyAdmin
