How to turn ON File upload option in downloads?		#post10464
Upgrated to 3.9.0 version and it says that File upload option in downloads is available. How to turn it ON?

I think it is ON already. You need to upload via the Submission page.

Should be User permissions at the least. Just go to the 'Submission' page, pick 'Download' in the drop down, then select. Fill in the details and submit.

Once submitted, you will need to accept/decline it from the Admin Panel.

Sorry, but I do not see a 'Submission' page anywhere...??? Is it in Content->Download->Upload file?

Maybe you need to the add the page in the Admin Panel? as a page, and then to the Navigator.
