Na it's ok.

Only reason i wanted to remove the footer was due to the people i deal with. Which is why i checked with Mem first.

I had no issues with making sure if anyone looks at the code they would see that i am using MemHT as the CMS.

I am not that evil lol.

It's ok, easy mistake to make. I suppose as was said, you don't know all that happens behind the scenes.
