As the titel says, how do i remove the template & language drop down menus, not just the block?

What do u mean? like i understand it, then u can just inactive 'Choose template' in the admin panel, same thing at the language. You can inactive both this..

If u mean to inactivate the block 'Choose template', it doesn't work it just inactivates the headline :: Choose template
