Forum Sub-Template
#post11479
I would like to see a feature that allows me to change the forum layout with out modifying the actual forum script.

Something like /templates/mytemplate/forum.html to be able to modify the forum layout to fit my style.

Take the style out of the forums script itself and add it to the default template like I mention above so that there is something to fall back on if there is not a forum.html in the selected template folder.

I think it is half way there with the forum.css. I would just like to be able to change the layout further without the risk of it being over written during an upgrade.

Thoughts??

Great script!!

I agree with you on this. Usualy forums need special design and style, than rest of the site.

Plus regarding to forum, to add subforums listings in forum index file, so they will be displayed there, under main forum.

When i introduced the new template engine in MemHT, the forum had his template file too, but there were a lot of problems that i couldn't fix immediately and i decided to delay it's support for better times.
