I have a site of www.nodvd.su, I utillize the version of MEMHT Portal 3.9.0. How to place the meters of visited for example Rambler or Mail.ru in a block are there Meters on the main page of site?! prompt me please!

What are these "Meters"? Uou want to put HTML in blocks maybe?
