Whenever i use a secondary admin account (those other than the default locked one), i cannot edit content like Download, MyPage, etc

How can I give more powers to these administrator accounts??

(MemHT version is 3.9.0)

Go to the admin section and select Administrators. At the administrator screen press the Privileges button and set privileges.
