Details:
The author of the blog can:
- Add a small banner at the top of your blog Only an external link. The site admin imposes limits on the height and width.

- Add a short description about blog.
(255 characters max)

- Add / Modify / Remove categories in your blog.
Categories with a small image (external link), height and width imposed by the admin. If not add image will be placed an image by default

- Can choose to activate comments.

- Can choose to activate rate.

- Number posts by page (pending on a maximum number imposed by the site admin).
Ex.: admin imposes a maximum number of 10 posts per page, the author of the blog could only choose one number lower or equal.

Admin Site can:

- Imposing limits had been explained.

- Can delete a blog posts.

- Prohibit any user to create a blog

Still thinking:

- Internal system of tags (only in this addon)

- Top Blogs.

- RSS
