Mem he has a very screwed up install on a Windows machine.

Looks to me like hes missing pear and something needs it so it's dieing

Looks like he hasn't a clue on whats hes doing

He should look into AppServ or Linux with propper mod_php,Apache, mysql installs. Maybe his DB is in another language and it's corrupt due to this.

His lack of knowledge doesn't help us as he hasn't even mention what OS he runs, whats modules he has loaded or anything.

above code tells me Windows as if it were any Unix type OS it would showd the dirs as /pearphp5/ and no C:php5pear.

I think hes a lost cause as he doesn't have a clue on his setup or any small amount of adminising practice.

I don't want to jump to conclusions or judgements without knowing a person or without enough informations about the server environment, i'm here to help people right because they don't know what to do.
