I have one and only one request-

Please please,dont compromise with efficiency (memory/cpu/processes) and security for any single line of code or any features/addons. I know how it feels when I read "sorry, this website is consuming too much server processes and is temporarlily disabled..." or "Too big traffic, please try again.." or even the deadly message like "This site is H@Ck3d ... ".. It is so scary...

Why is it scary ?

If it's a webhosting company you arn't responsible for the security of your site or the server, if the script is bad and you dont update well thats your ignorance.

If you do get hacked ask the web hoster to check how they hacked you and request a backup or reupload it's not that big of an issue. You should update anything that has patches for it.

Features and bugs which cause CPU hogging in common but most decent non reseller web hosting will just email you and request you shut it off or they will do it for you.

A fast site works better than a slow site so if some function works better in a different way but breaks all 3rd party addons well so be it.
