Your database has not the 4.0.0 structure, that's all.. why i don't know, you probably haven't updated correctly from the 3.8.5 version.

I attached you the SQL queries that make that update. Check if the added/modified fields are in your database, if not, execute them ONE BY ONE in phpMyAdmin

I think you never updated your database because you didn't even the last time (if you remember)
