Have you INSTALLED it (with the install_chat.php file) or just uploaded files?

Check in phpMyAdmin if the table memht_chat_config and memht_chat_online exists. If not, you haven't executed the file install_chat.php

I uploaded chat one more time and in phpMyAdmin I dont see any chat or something
