I have tried MemHT Portal and I think it's a promising CMS, so I have started to translate v3.1 into Hungarian. It should be complete by the end of August. One question: Is it possible to change the language of the interface by users as seen in PHP Nuke?

Nice, welcome. Yes u can change language, memht have block for change languages.
