What do you mean with intro? A peace of text shown at the beginning of pages?

I included 2 examples for adding text on the register page and the second on the newsletter page. In all other addons it is not possible to add an introductionary text.

That can easily be done by editing the pages in a WYSIWYG editor like Dreamweaver. Stay in design view and just type what you want, save and upload.

You can't add fields in the registration form, but you can do it in users profile, that can be filled after the registration... just add new profile fields in admin > system > users
