First of all I must say, "to me, memHT portal apeals more than any orther cms scripts." I have uised joomla, php fusion n the like available as GPL. memHT looks more promising than other scripts."
I have written Hindi (Unicode) language (India) file for MemHt portal. IT is at present 60-70% complete . Please let me know, where to add that file.
