I tried to make one, but I kinda messed up the code... when I was testing, our servers had some problems and everything resulted in a total failure. So I gave up and moved the referral system on the forum.

What kind of referral system?

hmm... i was thinking to run a contest on the website and offer a prize to whoever referr the most users... something like this: every user to have a referral link like http://www.dotfree.eu/index.php?page=users&op=register&referral=code_here
and the referred user to count as a valid user after hmm... 5 actions like posts in forum, downloads... something like that. i managed to alter the tables, add referral code, modify the register process, but when i tested the thing wouldn't work so i dropped everything and deleted. turns out that the servers were the problem at that time, my code could actually be good. theoretical it should have worked good, that's why i got pissed and deleted all files. )

yup... that would be neat and something else... thou i love memht as a cms, i really don't like the forum ) maybe on future versions you can integrate phpbb and/or other forum systems very popular... to use the same database and use the same logins all over. i'm guessing that will convince more webmasters to use memht (those really passionate about a phpbb, vbulletin, ipb, etc). those forums have many features and plugins webmasters love to use.

That's very hard to be I like to do almose everything by myself. If i integrate some external forum, it would be just an addon, not included into the base release
