I heard that this app may need java script to run and that godaddy free hosting doesnt support java script.
I thought all it needed was php.
I upgraded the php from 4.x to 5.x and so far I still got nothing.
The install went according to plan,
it connected to the database and showed no errors.
After I deleted the install folder and visited the site main page, I got an odd looking set of small icons at the top left hand corner
