What about invitations? How should people be invited? By the admin? By registered users? Both?

Both .. but i think it shd have option of enable invite mode or disable invite mode in admin panel or something like that ..

yeah mem... both ( admins & users )
and this fuction will be enable or disable not nessecery enable.. to have the possibility to change it when you want..
