But... have sites, they receive visits from users of various places, not just the country where the admin is.

So I gave this suggestion, because that will change the default date as the language of the user, and not as the standard of the country of origin of the administrator.

My site is Brazilian, but receives visits from users worldwide. But now all users, Brazilian or not, are obliged to follow the date format configured by me, the standard Brazil.

And being as I said, users need not follow the date format configured by me, they can follow their own date formats, just by changing the language of the site.
