I cant login to admin panel after install...help!

MemHT version: Newest just downloaded
Hosting OS: not sure
PHP and MySQL versions: not sure
Installed addons/scripts: none
Error/Problem: cant login to admin after install

I installed memht, after install it asked to erase the install folder. I did this, I then refreshed the admin panel and I saw the login/pass. I put in my login (admin) and pass and it did not login. I did this until it gave me a 30 minute wait, then I tried again from the main page not the admin panel.

I also reset my password and it still does not work?!

i got it, i guess come characters were not allowed in my pass.
