It's not sent from any MemHT site for sure, it's just a fake&spammy mail. There are people receiving mails from the FBI, that doesn't means the FBI is really contacting them with promotions and offers :
RSRS, it is true, then it is very easy to use PHP for sending messages on behalf of others, I did it myself sometimes, to complicate the lives of some that deserve! And deserved it, not because I was not being bad, they did very badly for me too!
