Error/Problem: Allow Upload Request

I would like to allow members to have an upload file option on the index.php?page=submission&op=download Download Submission Page instead of just the Download URL field! Any way I can get this and yes Im already aware of the risks but I already know how to limit the upload file types in the .htaccess

Well you would need to do a little modification:

just remove the URL text field and change it with a Uplaod file Button.
