I think for publishing a story or participate in any forum topic ,to consult anything about any subject, publish an extension it should require as a minimum that is in the English language, because it is more universal and understandable for the vast majority of users of This website and if anyone had a problem understanding English can use an online translator, which can not be written if another regional language or finally create a forum to support regional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, and others in which it can support by users).

I think that could create a survey on the languages most used by users of the forum to find out.

But I think that is something a bit unnecessary, considering that Google translator is also universal.

If you do not know which language is being used by users, you may well choose "Auto Detect" in the very translator GOOGLE. HE RARELY FAILURE LOCATION OF LANGUAGE!
