MOD Description: This modded index.php file located in the /files/admin/pages/download/ folder allows you to add a specific Author
for those who manually add new downloads to their MemHT website!
You can also specify the amount of Hits the file has which is
useful if you are moving over the file from another type of downloads
database!
This has been tested and for use with MemHT version 4.0.1
This adds 2 new text entry fields in the 'Add File' section for Downloads in your MemHT administration panel allowing you to specify a particular Author and the amount of hits the file has previously! You can define the Hits as "0" if the file is new! Hope this is useful!!! Edited: 24/09/2009 22:28 |

Re: Add Author and Hits Mod | #post22099 | Not a problem! Heres a screenshot of the Add File page in Downloads Admin. Notice 2 text fields added to give you the option to specify the "Author" and file "Hits"!
I made this for my website since I had to move files over from pafiledb to MemHT and I didnt like having to go into phpmyadmin to change the author information and hits manually.

I am changing my website from mkportal to memht and I want to add the posts of users in the old forum, I want to add the post using admin but to have an option like this to put the author.... can you help me? |
