Hello, when I am an admin and I go to "Users" and click on a user name there is a option to "Upload" a Avatar.

HOW can I make it so users/members can upload their own Avatar? Also is there a way a user can upload photos to their profile?

I answered this several times, use the search button plz.

The upload has been disabled in the last version and CANNOT be enabled back for security reason. Your only way to give your users the possibility of using custom avatars is the Gravatar mod, available in downloads.

so does the submissions are disabled i guess.

I did search, under a few queries actually. Ill try the mod.
