Error/Problem:
Hi!
I get this error in fckeditor when I try to add picture:

ERROR 406

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource / inc / fckeditor / editor / filemanager / browser / default / browser.html could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
