- Users cannot create posts in the blog, they can submit a post, but it must be approved by the admin

What do Iconfigure to allow users to signup for a blog??? I can only sinup as user of the admin blog, not for my own blog. The links you gave are not manual links but page config link, have already figured that out.

I understand this a blog that allows users/customers/visitors to create their own blog.

They cannot, the script doesn't support user blogs. It allows the admin to create his own blog, not users.
