hello, I have a problem of SQL injection on my site amansou.com test by clicking the links on my site, after you are redirected to site wwww.insuranceplanningaz.com I'm on version 4.0.1 how to remove this injection?? thank you for your help

Please find ".htaccess" from your website root directory, you can open it by notepad and find such words in text, you may edit or delete it as you wish.
