If you have 100000 users forget to convert them in any case. In ideal conditions the script can handle at max. 5000 entries (the work would require too much memory and execution time).

I'm really sorry but i don't think the conversion is possible at this point with the existing script.

If you have that much data, the conversion is nearly impossible online. I was working on an offline converter, but my C++ is pretty rusty so if nobody with good C++ knowledge doesn't show up, i can do nothing.

Any table, any data... anything that has more the 4/5.000 entries cannot be converted because that's the PHP execution time limit capacity. In theory you can convert all your data by splitting them in slots of 4/5.000 rows, but if you have 100.000 users, it starts to be a hard manual work. You should export in an sql your users table, split the data in 20 pieces and upload them one by one in your db. Else you could split and convert the table manually using your text editor by changing (replacing) columns and table names, but this can be done if you know the old and the new tables structure etc etc etc... i'm really really sorry but i don't see many possibilities in those ways. IMHO the only realistic way is the local (offline) converter.
