Does anyone know how can I do when I add an article / news page "news ", to appear in view source keywords tags at the article / news?

Today is just what is set in admin configuration everywhere.

PS: I tried to do, but I have not been successful.

You mean show them as meta tags?

Yes, I want to look at the meta tags in your blog, articles, news ... I like to add tags or keywords to appear there in view source as those tags.

Not possible in MemHT 4, sorry. But it is in MemHT 5.
