First time i am posting a file here...

I have checked the french language file of the MemHT 3.7.0 portal and lots of stuffs are wrong. So... I have corrected everything (well... I hope so). Many problems was just typing mistakes, bad accents; some other was grammar mistake.

Nevertheless, the one who did it has done a great job : It's easier to correct than to translate ! Smile

So i didn't made a big job but a necessary one i think Smile
