i think is false alarm they hacking ypu serve and they geting users paswrd and user names and changing the files from there)
nwe version can you add like hack safe or some think and they cant be buther 2 hack it thanx)

check security focus this script its so clean no bugs i recommend to you use another hosting i use all the time a dedicated server i have this scripot in one of my dedicates and i nevew been hacked or something like that most of the defacements to webmaster is 'cause their use shared hosting without protection

Watch the Log File of Your Webserver if you got hacked or something.
