i download MEMHT Portal and upload to my website......after that i install it and delete the /install folder......in the root folder......but by mistake i also delete the database.....and now they said cant find any.......tables.......unluckily i didnt make backup.......can some1 tell me what to do??

No, they register as user, not as admin. Only you can add admins, manually

Yes you can You can change everything you want else the license text in the footer

about the license, can i change the text without change the credits and links?
