How to dactivate the buttons on Top of HP

Hi again,

sorry for the much questions but i finde a lot of things for wich i don't have any solutions.

My question, How can i deaktivate or control the buttons in the top of the homepage, i mean gallery, download, forum.... i want that just user can use it. And how can i made a navigation button wich one is open an iframe and shows a other HTML / Flash page?

Open templates/memht/home.html and delete:

in the css file of templete you have more options to control the menu
