Hi Mem, I am back with another problem i am facing
I am trying to send newsletter but having this error
"Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to smtp.gmail.com:25 (Connection timed out) in /home/content/g/l/o/globalroyson/html/inc/class/class.smtp.php on line 122

this is what i did:
in configuration
Sender email :xyz@gmail.com
Type SMTP
SMTP: smtp.gmail.com
Autenticate Yes

Username xyz@gmail.com
Password abcxyz
Email first session 100
Pause after the first session 5
Automatic delivery system of unfinished newsletter sessions
Email per session 10
Pause between sessions 1

which mail server will memht support then?

well for gmail i will need SSL type of authentication,
i think we might have to edit

SSL is not supported in MemHT

If you mean SMTP, you can configure in in admin > newsletter > config

I use always the mail() function that uses automatically the mailserver of the server where the site is placed.

Well,
i got answer to this problem too
all i had to do was change type from SMTP to Standar one and it is working fine, but seems the header image is not getting attached in email.
Will work this shortly.
