I am attaching a snap shot of the admin aggragator... there is nothing much... do you think it has to do with the database... ? is there a way to force the collection of the rss feed into the db table?
appreciate a light on if there are any external elements associated with this feature?

I am sorry .. it seem to stop again.. I didn't do anything .. it just did.. I checked the db is not adding.. although the admin section shows 30 feeds.. it is in the home page.. quote of the day

There may have reached the limit that you have placed.
If you put 30 it only adds 30 and stops, try to place a much higher number (500 for example)

It is not moving.. it's either the database for the news and article has a limit or the aggregator is not working.. the RSS from the sites is producing 3 to 5 feeds a day, so my original value of 3 or 5 should work as it did in the previous host.. are you sure there is nothing server side that could be conflicting with the memht application?

I will wait for mem, I am looking through the aggregator page in the admin section, I can not see where in the code is the rss being added to the news section.. I am thinking I might have a missing file that is why the process is not complete.. could that be the case... ?

No, the code is in the file inc/inc_functions.php
