Hi Paulo, I found these two links in inc/inc_functions.php

if (!defined('MAGPIE_CACHE_DIR')) { define('MAGPIE_CACHE_DIR','inc/magpie/cache'); }
require_once("inc/magpie/rss_fetch.inc");

the cache folder has two entries dated back to my previous host.. is there a special permission required for this folder or the rss_fetch.inc file...

hi, I am still having problems with the aggregator... i have checked the database table for auto number not working but it is...

The problem will be solved in the next release, indeed it's not a real problem, it works fine, but the functioning concept is wrong. The 3.8.0 release is almost finished

Mem, I have 3.6 there are a lot of changes you have made.. the aggregator was working in the old server.. I have not changed the code I think it's a server side issue...

Just to update you all , that the Aggregator problem was from the rss site it self, I have change from brainquote.com to thefreedictionary.com for my quote of the day and set the quote size to 300 and every thing is working fine

p.s: Mem, I was trying to search for this post of mine using the word RSS but your search did not allow it.. I think you should change the rule that the search word should be at least 4 to at least 3... furthermore, add something like a link back or make the search box appear again after showing the "No results found"
