Could you make for the forum just two buttons, one for preview and one for send?

Also the case with the admin database, one for optimize and one for download database.

If you like buttons more than dropdowns, please do it for yourself. Its not really important for the CMS

Maby not but tell me what is faster and more easier for the user then to just hit one button to send there reply to now first to click the dropdown and select send and then hit the button ok.

yes JPappi is right, try yourself to do this, and if you have any questions put here that we help u.
Note that we could not customize all portals of all users.
