when membre upload her avatar , when i add a picture in the gallery , they had only chmod 600.... and I see no image ..

sorry it was my fault
images > avatar > Uploaded

folder, uploaded was missing on ftp.
it was empty thats why some ftp uploaders dont create empty directories.
now avatars are working fine.
from where i can change the settings of avatars ?
