I have talking with my host about the probleme of chmod
he advice me to change my cms portail configuration after the move_uploaded_file(...); by making (..;777) Smile

It already exists, the portal make the upload, move the file and give chmod 777. Nobody has this problem, with all works well, can only be something in their host Image resized (Original file: 468x60)
