Hi. I made small fix in users page

                                                        ."Content-type: text/plain; charset="._LANG_CHARSET_."n"

                                                        ."Content-transfer-encoding: 8bitnn";

It's made nice mail with charset setting in body for non ASCII lang characters. Also removed "r" charcater

Yes. i'm testing last release 3.8.0. My Language is Russian but im recieve Activation mail with corrupted header "r" in nix based servers interpreted as end of header, and incorrect CP. After fix i'm recieve correct mail with correct characters. Edited:* 30/05/2008 10:54

can't write backslash. character backslash r
