I was wondering if anyone has a user points system module or can make one?

User gets X points when post comment, article, download, forum topic, forum reply, etc

When user has X points they get award and maybe new permissions. Like if they get 100 points they can change avatar, or create/edit their tagline or create forum signature.

Also maybe a shop to spend points. They could buy virtual stuff like icons, new permissions etc...

Would love to see this module!

yes I had done that for my site, but never published this addon for download

No sorry.
I did this addon in version 3.6.0 gives a lot of work, took several days, many pages that are changed and always a new version of the portal memht update this addon is not easy, so it´s not published.

I will try to make it. So far I have added a new row to user table and created function to add X points when user posts topic/reply/comment.

I don't think this can be a mod since it has much custom coding and modification of core files.
