Suggestion 1:
Newsticker in the homepage, something similar to the one in http://www.msn.com/ with Next, Previous button or hyperlink that display latest news.

Sugesstion 2:
In the download section of the website, changing the download button to download link so people can right click and save target as files like .doc and .mp3 instead of opening in your browser

So what do you suggest if my library is all audio, and my users can't download the file. Whenever they click download they are prompted to listen to it, and have no option to save target as to download the audio file.

In your case it must be like you say, but it cannot be done generally for the release.

Download the attachment, upload it in pages/download/index.php and see if you like it

I don't understand what you mean memht. SO how would I go about making it an audio library with a link instead of a button so people can right click and "save target as" to their computer, or another way so they can download it somehow without having to listen to it thought their browser every single time.

I added as attachment the download file with a link instead of a button in the previous post, download it and replace with the original pages/download/index.php file
