A helpdesk would be a nice addon.

HI maybe I am stupid but i can't really imaging what a help desk could help or do could you maybe explain in 2or 3 word! would be nice

A helpdesk is normally a online based place to get support for various things. a User logins in issues a Ticket the tickets has various info about the issue. I asked becuase I dont want to add in anything 3rd party. The admin or Helpdesk admin then replys to the ticket and then closes it if the issue is dealt with.

An issue/bug tracker already exists for memht but it's not complete because i prefered to pass to other features. One day it will be finished
