Another would be a live chat thing like most sales reps on most pages. But I think the chat thing does this ?

No I am making a site for Unix and Unix-Like help but the helpdesk would be nice as a commercial support item. I have tried to sell web hosting when I had a dedicated server but it didn't go well so I terminated my contract with theplanet. The nice thing with dedicated servers is you are in charge of everything from DNS to Apache to Webmail etc.. I like that but it was 229/m it was getting difficult to pay for Smile
